目前，青苗在校教师队伍中外教师达百余人，青苗成都校区师生比1:3;中外教比例2:1;所有中外籍教师均具备IB教学资质且拥有超过5年以上的教学经验。中外教驻班合作，最大程度地满足中外籍学生所需的教学关怀与效果。
